Personal profile

Julie worked as a Probation Officer in Hampshire for almost 14 years in a number of different roles, including specialising in working with women and as a Practice Tutor Assessor. She started working in academia in 2019 in the Community Justice Team at the University of Portsmouth and joined the Community and Criminal Justice Division at De Montfort University in 2022. She predominately teaches on the Professional Qualification in Probation.
