Personal profile

I am a Lecturer in Business Management. My PhD study, undertaken at the Warwick Business School, focused on the shared leadership of intra-organisational work teams and employed a multilevel mixed methods research design. I also hold an MSc in Management (with distinction), an MBA in Finance, and a BSc in Administration (Banking & Finance). My research has appeared in high ranking journals, including the Leadership Quarterly.
