Personal profile

I am an experienced Skills Coach, Trainer/Assessor, and education professional with over 18 years of experience supporting learners, apprentices, and educators to achieve their personal and professional goals. Holding an MSc in Development Management, a BSc (Hons) in Combined Social Sciences, a PGDTLLS qualification, a Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), and an Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification, I combine strong academic knowledge with extensive practical experience in coaching, assessment, and learner development.

My expertise includes apprenticeship delivery, coaching and mentoring, portfolio assessment, internal quality assurance, and compliance with funding and quality requirements. I am passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that enable individuals to build confidence, develop new skills, and fulfil their potential. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed learner caseloads, delivered training programmes, supported workplace development, and guided apprentices from onboarding through to Gateway and End-Point Assessment.

I am recognised for my organised, learner-centred approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and commitment to continuous improvement. I enjoy working collaboratively with learners, employers, and colleagues to deliver positive outcomes and high-quality learning experiences while maintaining the highest standards of assessment, quality assurance, and learner support.
