Projects

Delivered the Volunteering for Opportunity, Inspiration, Confidence & Employability (VOICE) project to enhance volunteering capacity and capability in the community for future Invest Local Ynysowen (ILY) activities and projects, working on behalf of Trinity Childcare & Family Centre.
Led the Connecting People: Tackling Loneliness and Isolation project which became the continuing Wellbeing and Health in Ynysowen (WHY) network from 2022.

Led on branding, communications, social media development, financial governance and stakeholder engagement aspects associated with the ILY programme.

Led the design and development of APM’s Project Professional Qualification (PPQ) acting as Chief Examiner and Chair the Examination Technical Assurance Group (E-TAG) responsible for setting standards, ensuring the suitability of exam papers and quality reviewing the assessment undertaken by the pool of examiners for all PPQ exam papers: Professionalism & Managing Others, Planning & Control, Governance, Project Management, Programme Management, Portfolio Management.

Established APM’s Registered Project Professional (RPP) designation and led the design and implementation of verification processes from inception through to RPP refresh in 2016.
