Mr Adeyinka Adediran is a Lecturer in Business Management at De Montfort University with expertise in business analytics, accounting and finance, FinTech, and data-driven decision-making. He is currently completing his PhD in Accounting and Finance, focusing on financial econometrics, cryptocurrency markets, and volatility analysis. Adeyinka has experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students across areas including Business Management, Accounting and Budget Management, Research Analytics, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Sustainability and Business Ethics.

He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and is passionate about delivering inclusive, student-centred teaching that connects academic theory with real-world practice. Alongside academia, he has industry experience in business strategy, analytics, and operations, with strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and statistical modelling. His research has been published in the Journal of Asset Management and presented at BAFA conferences.
