Personal profile

After studying at DMU and a successful career in many East Midlands retailers, across Kids, Womens and Lingerie, Karen joined DMU as a Senior Lecturer in Fashion Buying. Teaching from her experiences in Fashion Buying, she is student oriented, part of a dedicated team and is the Design pathway leader for the BSc(Hons) Fashion Buying degree. Eager to complement her experience in industry, Karen continues to enhance her teaching by completing a PGCert in HE, and is currently studying for an MA in Education Practice.
