Lacrosse at DMU is a fast-moving team sport combining stick-handling, speed, and strategic game play. Our opportunities welcome everyone from complete novices to seasoned players.

Did you know: You don't need any prior experience to join Lacrosse at DMU—our club develops players from beginner to competition level!

DMUactive - Free, fun, recreational sport

  • Free for all students with all sticks and equipment provided.

  • Casual sport offering with non-committal drop-in sessions.

  • Features as part of our exciting DMUactive Mystery Sessions. These offere a chance to try a sport that isn't usually part of DMUactive. They reveal themselves a week before they take place.

  • All equipment is provided - book on the app and bring your student ID card!

DMUteam - Train, compete & represent the university

  • Train, compete, and represent DMU in weekly BUCS league fixtures and university matches.

  • No experience necessary to join the squad.

  • Trials held throughout the year with dedicated Strength & Conditioning (S&C) support included.
