Studio booking conditions

If you are a Dance, Drama, Performing Arts, Music Technology or Music Production student, Studio spaces can be booked for self-directed study. Bookings can be made directly through the Web Room Booking (WRB) facility available via MyDMU. A user guide will be made available to you via LearningZone.

In term time, bookings are necessarily limited to a maximum booking allocation of 2 hours per day across all available spaces - this is so that all students can have access to the spaces. Please note that if multiple bookings are made they may be cancelled. We encourage you to share the spaces wherever possible.

  • All bookings commence on the hour
  • Setting out and clearing up are completed within the booked period
  • The room must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked period

  • No food and drink is to be consumed in the room (except bottled water)
  • No personal mains operated electrical appliances are to be used
