DMU reserves the right to revise, review or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
Students shall receive their iPad eight weeks from the commencement of the course.
iPads shall at all times remain the property of DMU, and the student shall have no right, title or interest in the iPad (save the right to possession and use of DMU property subject to these terms and conditions) until the student completes the course, at which point ownership will pass to the student.
The risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of the iPad shall pass to the student upon collection from the university. The iPad shall remain at the sole risk of the student during the course period and any further term during which the iPad is in the possession, custody or control of the student until such time as the student completes the course. This includes any repairs or maintenance of the iPad.
During the course period the student shall, at their own expense, obtain and maintain the following insurances:
(a) insurance of the iPad to a value not less than its full replacement value, comprehensively against all usual risks of loss, damage or destruction by fire, theft or accident, and such other risks as DMU may from time to time nominate in writing; and

The student shall give immediate written notice to DMU in the event of any loss, accident or damage to the iPad arising out of or in connection with the student's possession or use of the iPad. DMU will not replace the iPad in the event it is lost or damaged and the student may be asked, at DMU's sole discretion, to replace the lost or damaged iPad or to cover the costs of the lost or damaged items.
The collection arrangements and specification of the iPad shall be communicated to the student at the time of enrolment.
