The HealthyDMU Hub is available to support your health and wellbeing at DMU. It will provide you with information about staying well, and how to book appointments with the Student Welfare Team. This includes counselling, mindfulness, masterclasses and SPA appointments.
De Montfort Students' Union (DSU)
The DSU provides students an opportunity to book a free 30-minute advice and wellbeing appointment.
Student Advice Centres
Your Student Advice Centre (SACs) is the main point of contact for academic information, including your timetable, university procedures, forms, regulations, where to go for more specialist support and any other day-to-day questions you may have.

Employee Assistance Programme
If you are a DMU member of staff please contact your line manager for more information on how to access the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
In an emergency, our Security Team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be contacted on 0116 2577642.
