How to book your DMU accommodation

We use an online room-booking system for those with unconditional firm and conditional firm offers – if this is you, we will email your log-on instructions.

Once online, you will be able to choose your hall of residence and room. We recommend you look at all the options and consider alternatives in case your first choice is full - all rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please read our terms and conditions as you will not be able to make your provisional booking unless you accept them.

To make your provisional booking you will need:

  • Your UCAS personal ID or your DMU reference number
  • The password we will email to you when booking opens
  • A credit/debit card to pay £200 to secure your room.

If the system shows there are no available rooms, contact the  Accommodation Office for advice. Rooms could become available later, but we cannot guarantee this.
