We have five scholarship tiers depending on what level you are currently competing at. The table below outlines the cash bursary and value-in-kind funding that each scholar receives depending on the scholarship tier they are awarded. The cash bursary is paid in three termly instalments. The value-in-kind funding can be claimed to pay for sport-specific costs including:
- Physiotherapy, nutrition and sports psychology
- Sport coaching
- Sport-specific costs including entry and competition fee and sport-related memberships
- DMU sport scholar kit
Every scholar also receives a bespoke elite performance support programme, including:
- Personalised strength and conditioning coaching
- Educational performance workshops
- Individual performance lifestyle support
- A holistic support package that covers sport nutrition, sport psychology and anti-doping
- Gold membership at the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Leisure Centre
