Attendance Dates

There is a fixed number of spaces, which will be filled in order of receipt of all required application information, which includes:

  • A fully completed application form
  • The pharmacist’s GPhC number
  • A personal statement of at least 250 words describing the applicants rationale for undertaking a postgraduate qualification
  • Two references, one of which must be from a current employer. References need to discuss the applicants attitude and aptitude to work and their suitability for postgraduate study, and not just confirm employment. References need to be from an organisational email address or on organisational headed paper.
