Decision Analyst

Module description

This module will enable students to understand the fundamentals of decision making in complex and uncertain environments. The students will develop models on Excel and similar software that will enable decision makers to analyse the impact of their assumptions in assessing weighted decisions with multiple options and multiple objectives. They will see how the theory of decision sciences helps improve the quality of decision making ensuring that the choices made are consistent and coherent.
