Introduction to the study of organisational behaviour in contemporary society. The module aims to introduce students to the concepts and theories relevant to an understanding of the behaviour of people in work organisations.

Indicative Content: 1. Behaviours at an individual, group and organizational level 2. Formal and informal organization at work 3. Comparing key principles of organizational design 4. Principles of management 5. Job satisfaction 6. Work motivation.
