Module description
There are human rights to freedom of expression, freedom of association and freedom of religion and belief. Should there be human rights to education, health and housing? We will consider the question of whether economic, social and cultural rights should be justiciable and investigate the protection of these rights on global, regional and national levels. We will investigate how human rights law protects particular rights such as the right to education.
