Module description
The module provides an introduction to the international legal system and covers a number of substantive topics including the use of force, international dispute settlement, jurisdiction and state responsibility. Students are provided with an introduction to the international legal system and the sources of the rules of international law. There is a particular focus on the subjects of international law and the rights and obligations of states, IGOs and NGOs, corporations and individuals.
