On the edge of campus, close to the city centre, Rose House (formerly Liberty Court Annex) has a range of four and five bedroom flats with each one having a shared bathroom.
All rooms have ¾ beds with under bed storage and will be fitted with a mattress protector.

Internet broadband is included in the cost of rent with speeds of up to 60mb, and TV connection points are available in bedrooms and kitchens.
The hall features a secure door entry system and a 24-hour security presence that is located from the main site which is 2 minutes away. Covered bicycle storage and laundry facilities which are £3.00 for a wash and dry.

Rent and costs
Classic bedroom: £114 per week, inclusive of bills. Total: £4,902.00
N.B. A UK guarantor is required, who must be in full-time employment, self-employed or receiving a pension. International students without a UK guarantor must pay the rent in full at the time of booking (Housing Hand can act as a guarantor for both home and international students).

You can make one upfront payment, four instalments or pay monthly via the Housing Hand option.

Additional (and important) rent considerations
The first instalment is payable before arrival. You will not be able to use your student loan to make this payment, as you receive your student loan after you have enrolled on your course.
Payments can be made by debit card or credit card or by direct debit, bank transfers can be used for customers with no other ways of making payment.
The rent instalments should be made directly to Unite Group.
