Payments should be made directly to Fresh Student Living on the student portal by debit card or credit card, or by bank transfer.
If paying by BACS please include your reference number and surname when making the payment and then email a screen print of the payment to firstname.lastname@example.org so their Finance Office can reconcile the payment to the correct account.
A guarantor is required for your tenancy at Merlin Heights, even if you opt to pay your rent in full at the beginning of your stay.
The guarantor can be international but must be aged over 21 years old and be in a position to pay any charges or rent if the student fails to do so.
