Clearing and late applicants
If you apply through clearing and we still have university-sourced accommodation available, once you have an unconditional firm offer we will email your login details.
If you booked a room before receiving your results but do not get the grades needed to meet your offer, it will be cancelled and you will be refunded your booking payment.
If you then get a place at DMU through clearing, you will be able to log back into the booking system and book a new room, subject to availability. You will need to repay the booking fee.
If you also have DMU as your insurance choice, please contact us and we will try to keep your original booking.
If you have any queries about availability contact the Accommodation Office.
If you have deferred from last year (2018/19) you can log on and book your room online from March 2019. If you have applied for 2019 entry but now wish to defer your place for a year, you cannot reserve your room until 2020.
All university-sourced accommodation is for single persons only (with the exception of studios at Applegate Place)
We have a limited amount of accommodation for students who are not studying for the full academic year. Specifically this is for the Erasmus and Study Abroad programmes. You must pay the full rent for part-year contracts before arrival.
