Higher and Degree Apprenticeships

Higher and Degree Apprenticeships offer employers and apprentices the opportunity to access higher level qualifications while still in full time employment.  These apprenticeships are created by employers to develop specific skills required for the workplace in conjunction with De Montfort University (DMU) accredited programmes and professional bodies.

DMU can help your organisation to identify a Higher and Degree Apprenticeship programme to meet the needs of your business. We will also help you to understand the contractual and operational aspects of the apprenticeships system (including funding rules).

We offer a wide range of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships to levy paying organisations with many more in development.

Our current offering under Executive Education at Leicester Castle Business School are the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA), the Senior Leader Masters Degree Apprenticeship and the Executive MBA all of which are mapped to the CMI standards for that level.

Level 6

Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA)

Apprentices will learn to lead projects, teams and operations, working towards and delivering on long term organisational goals. This apprenticeship prepares learners for professional managerial roles, and teaches finance, marketing and strategy.
