Crossing borders: multi-disciplinary LGBT research

This conference showcased the LGBT research of De Montfort University academics to re-launch the Mary Seacole Research Centre. The conference was introduced by Sarah Thomson, Director of Strategic Partnerships at DMU and Co-chair of the DMU LGBT staff group. The film My Coming Out Story was screened and well received by the conference.

Public engagement event to launch the study: Improving the Cancer Journey for LGBT people

Funded by the Leicestershire charity, Hope Against Cancer. The event was introduced by Professor Julie Fish, with the following presentations:
