*These courses require a portfolio
All of our Art and Design postgraduate courses are 12 months in duration, with some courses offering the opportunity to also undertake a 12 month placement. All of our postgraduate Art and Design degrees start in September.
Work placements
Our excellent industry links give you the opportunity to undertake placements and work in professional collaborations with expert practitioners.
A number of our postgraduate Art and Design courses also offer the opportunity to do a year-long placement in industry. If you are on a tier 4 visa and are approved to undertake a one year work palcement, you will be granted a longer visa that includes the work placement.
However if you do not subsequently undertake a placement, we will curtail your visa which may have implications for any further Tier 4 visa applications. Any time added for work placements will contribute towards your time limit for studying in the UK.
Entry criteria
Select your country to find out the academic entry requirements, or email us at iao@dmu.ac.uk.
