This masterclass offers ways to improve our awareness of how we react to challenges and how we can help ourselves.  Holistic ways to improve our wellbeing can reduce stress and worries and can also increase happiness. This can make us more resilient at coping with difficulties.

We can improve our emotional awareness and resilience and this can prepare us with valuable, transferable skills for employment.
