Taking part in physical activity is not just an important way to look after your physical wellbeing! There are a number of other benefits to taking part in daily activity, including:

  • Reduces stress
  • Improves productivity

There are a wide range of free online sessions and home workouts that you can get involved with. Check out the free NHS home workouts that are available here

If this isn't for you there are also lots of other option such as; yoga, dancing, stretching? 

DMUactive are also sharing free home workouts and physical activity ideas across their social media platforms. You don’t need any equipment, just a little bit of floor space and you can do it when works best for you!
