Where to go?
Getting started with a new activity can be hard, but getting fit doesn’t have to mean spending hours at the gym.
Being active can mean doing any activity in which you are moving. This can be walking, dancing or playing dodgeball! If you don’t enjoy one activity then why not try another?
At DMU most of the opportunities to be active are available at the QEII Leisure Centre or at the Watershed, which are both on campus.
