The Cashier’s Office is open from 9am to 4pm and Student Finance and Welfare is open from 10am to 4pm, both Monday to Friday.
Booking an appointment
You can book in person, by phone or online through MyGateway. You can also use MyGateway to ask us a question. If you need help making an online appointment, please get in touch.
For advice about counselling and mental health, you will have an initial appointment (called Single Point of Access) to make sure that you are referred to the right area for support.
