Mental Health Central Access Point                                                                                                                
Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust has launched a dedicated mental health Central Access Point phone line so that people of all ages in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland can access urgent NHS mental health support directly.

The helpline number is 0808 800 3302 or, alternatively, you can email leicestershire.helpline@turning-point.co.uk. Please note that calls are not answered by medical staff, and they will not have access to your patient notes.

If you are registered with another GP, please contact them instead.

Turning Point Turning point is a service offered to anyone who is affected by drugs or alcohol and wants support to make change. They offer a variety of treatment options and will support you to find the right treatment for you. Regardless of your age, they have a service which will meet your needs. For young people up to 24, the dedicated young people’s team will work with you in any location that is suitable.
