International student support
By coming to De Montfort University (DMU) you are embarking on an exciting and life-changing adventure, but you may still need some support along the way.
As an international student, you will have a range of support available to you that begins before you set foot on campus and continues right up until the time you graduate.
Arriving at DMU
We can provide information and guidance if you're planning your journey, and there is information on our website here about transport from different UK airports to DMU. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us - we'll be happy to assist.
We can advise you on many of the issues related to living and studying at DMU; you'll find more information on these pages, or please contact us at email@example.com.
Did you miss International Welcome Week?
Don't worry if you missed International Welcome Week - come along and join one of our New Arrivals Workshops. More information is available here.
Police Visa Registration
Some students may need to register their visas with the police after arriving in the UK. We're running appoinmnents on campus in October for those students who need to do this. More information is available here.
International Student Guide
The International Student Guide includes lots of information about living and studying at DMU; it's available online here.
Throughout the year we organise trips and visits at weekends to other towns, cities and tourist attractions in the UK! Places are available for our first trip of the year - to Stonehenge, Bath and Glastonbury
