DMU Graduate Champions Enterprise Scheme offers students who have graduated from an undergraduate degree in Summer 2018 the chance to take part in a paid three day start-up bootcamp, which will provide essential information and inspiration in regards to kick-starting your journey into self-employment.
Whether you already have an idea or would just like to find out more about starting a business, the Graduate Champions Enterprise Scheme will provide you with all you need to know to help get your idea off the ground.
Is it for me?
Over the three day bootcamp, you will get a better understanding of the requirements of starting a business, which includes marketing, sales, finance and legal issues. You will also be inspired by those who have been there and done it, as guest speakers will provide an insight into their own start-up journeys.
The bootcamp will be interactive, so you will get the chance to use your creative skills which in turn will improve your confidence in regards to making that step into starting a business.
The bootcamp will start take place on tuesday 3rd to Thursday 5th September 2019. You will be contracted to attend the three day bootcamp.
Attendance will be required at all of the sessions to receive payment of £250*.

The next programme will run in September 2019. To receive an application form please email email@example.com. To be eligible, graduates will need to be home students who graduated from their first undergraduate degree in 2018.

*The £250 payment is subject to tax depending on your personal financial circumstances
Please note if you have already applied and been matched to a Graduate Champions six week Internship, you will not be able to take part in the Enterprise Scheme.
