Performance Improvement and Staff Conduct

 

All staff of De Montfort University, and individuals acting on its behalf, are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and behaviour and are expected to perform their role with honesty, integrity and respect for their colleagues, students, partners and customers/clients of the university. In carrying out their roles, staff are expected to have regard to how their behaviour and actions impact on people, the university, the local environment and the community.
