Core Systems Modernisation (CSM) is the university’s biggest ever change programme and will see all core IT systems including Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll and student lifecycle management being replaced with a system called SAP.
SAP stands for ‘Systems Applications and Products’ and this is the business management system we are using at DMU. The system is commonly known by it’s acronym ‘SAP’ and this name is used in much of the system’s terminology and by organisations across the world.
Take a look at this interactive presentation to get a basic understanding of what the Core Systems Modernisation programme is and some of the benefits it will bring.
From April this year, all staff at DMU will have a new way of submitting expenses, timesheets and leave requests, viewing payslips, maintaining personal details, and much more with a new web-based tool called DMUhub. All staff are invited to attend a session to find out more.
