DMU has an excellent reputation for producing highly employable graduates. According to the latest Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey, the university is in the top 20 for graduate employability with 97.3% of DMU graduates in work or further study six months after graduating.

Work Placements

Students can choose a year-long industry placement with some of the biggest companies in the world. Working with a company relevant to your studies will help you put you theoretical knowledge into practice.

Practical experience

Final year Art and Design students showcase their work at Graduate Fashion Week and New Designers in London, the UK’s biggest graduate showcases for upcoming designers. Technology, Business, Law and Health students from DMU have all reached the finals of national competitions to find the best young practitioners.
