When to expect your timetable


We can't wait to welcome both our new and returning students back to campus this autumn.

We wanted to let you know when you can expect to see your timetable via the 'My Timetable' tile on your MyDMU dashboard.

Please note: Returning students must re-register in order to receive their timetable. If you have not done this yet, please do so as soon as possible.

  • Timetables for returning undergraduate students will be available on Thursday 16 September
  • Timetables for new undergraduate students will be available on Thursday 30 September
  • Timetables for postgraduate students will be available on Sunday 3 October

How do I re-register?

Re-registering for returning students is simple and should only take five to 10 minutes.  Please log onto MyDMUand click on the ‘Register Here’ tile, then select the 2021/22 registration tile. You will then be asked to check and update your personal information as part of the process to confirm your intention to return to DMU for 2021/22.

Timetable Tips and FAQs

If you are having problems accessing your timetable, try some of these tips:

  • Try accessing your timetable on a desktop or a different device if possible.
  • Make sure you have logged out and back in to the MyDMU app to refresh it.
  • 2021/22 teaching doesn't start until Monday 4 October. Make sure you are looking at the correct weeks.

I cannot access MyDMU at all

Please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre.

I can't see my timetable on MyDMU

Have you tried some of the tips listed above? If you have and you still cannot see your timetable, please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre.

I think there's an error in my timetable

Please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre as they may need to amend your student record.

I want to change modules

You need to contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre. They will provide you with a form to complete, which will need the signature of the accepting module leader.  The form will then need to be processed so expect to wait up to five days for your revised timetable.

I want to change seminar groups

Please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre.

I'm entering directly into Year 2/3 and I haven't had my timetable yet

Most students in this situation will receive their timetable as a new student on Thursday 30 September.
