AV Loans will have reduced opening hours over the Easter break and equipment bookings for this time are now open.
Easter Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance of collection, and can be made between Monday 24 February and Friday 3 April, for collection between Tuesday 24 March and Friday 3 April.
Loans will be for a maximum of 34 days to allow the return of the equipment in the first two weeks back after Easter, depending on the collection date.
Insurance for the equipment to cover the duration of the loan is not mandatory, but we recommend students do so as part of the text in the booking process. Many users may find the equipment can be added to an existing home insurance policy free of charge.
The AV Loans reservation system is self-service and restrictions on who has access to equipment has been configured and restricted to module codes as per requests from academic staff. Equipment will be available on a first booked first served basis, and when it’s gone, it’s gone and no longer available to any other users.

Monday 6 April to Thursday 9 April: 10am – 12pm and 2 – 4pm
Friday 10 April to Tuesday 14April: University is closed.
Wednesday 15 April to Friday 24 April: 10am – 12pm & 2 – 4pm
Monday 27 April: 8.45am – 4.30pm
