Deadline extended for applications to The Crucible, DMU's entrepreneurship programme


Want to start your own business? The deadline for you to join The Crucible, DMU’s entrepreneurship programme, has been extended until Wednesday 17 July.

The Crucible is a two-year programme which works with final year students, postgraduate students finishing their studies or alumni to make their idea or a product concept a reality.

Places are limited so apply now! The deadline for applications is 17 July and interviews for places will take place the following week.

DMU provides support including:

o Free shared office space at The Innovation Centre
o Potential access to funding to support your business needs
o Personalised mentoring, training workshops and intellectual property advice
o Opportunities to pitch for additional investment based on a royalty agreement
o Access to university expertise and facilities
o Group social sessions and peer guidance.

You’ll be part of a group of like-minded entrepreneurs who you’ll be able to share your business journey with and get advice from real-life business owners.
