Kasper, who is also the Danish international goalkeeper, will be here to officially open DMU’s Watershed building on Upperton Road, Bede Island, on Friday 30 November.

Since joining Leicester City in 2011, Kasper has been awarded Players' Player and Player of the Year more than once, and was instrumental in securing the Foxes’ first-ever Premier League title in the unforgettable 2015/16 season.

Students are welcome to join us in the audience at The Watershed for this special occasion, which includes a Q&A session with Kasper himself. Please arrive by 2.45pm so you don’t miss the opening and the Q&A. The event is due to finish at approximately 4.30pm.

The official opening commemorates the refurbishment of The Watershed as part of DMU’s ongoing campus transformation and celebrates the university’s successful partnership with LCFC.

Following the Q&A, Kasper will join our Danish students to talk about their time at DMU and share their experiences of Leicester.

Places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you’d like to join us, please register by email to eventsoffice@dmu.ac.uk.
