"The most enjoyable aspect of the SLA programme was being part of a great cohort comprised of like-minded professionals who had the hunger to learn and eager to apply the newfound knowledge and skills in the workplace. It certainly, helped me with my strategic thinking; being able to understand the organisations leaderships vision for the future therefore enabling me to build a workforce capability to support future growth. I would definitely recommend the SLA programme to others because it is structured to enable professionals in full time employment to be able to study and learn, the programme’s framework helps create an environment where both work and study can co-exist.
