Jennie specialises in a unique area, with benefit to businesses of all kind: engaging a wider audience through carefully planned and directed cultural events. She understands the power of community, brand and memorable personal experience in building a successful business out of creative talent.

Jennie has extensive experience as a manager within the UK arts sector, including working for a number of festivals, arts centres and municipal authority arts services, including Leicester Phoenix Arts Centre, Nottingham Playhouse and Mantle Arts. She also works as a consultant. Her consultancy work includes research and organisational development projects for the UK Department of Culture, Media and Sport, Arts Council England, the East Midlands Cultural Consortium and Nottingham Playhouse, amongst others.

She is currently studying for a PhD exploring festivalisation and local cultural festivals, so when she’s not behind her desk or with a class, she might be found ‘researching’ at an event.
