Our economic impact
A modern university has a big impact on its immediate community, on the wider country and across the globe. At DMU, we pride ourselves on the ways in which we benefit and engage with our community and our national and global outlook.
But what does DMU really add to the world?

To really understand the range of ways DMU connects to and enriches the world around it, we have produced an economic impact report which looks at all aspects of university life, from the spending habits of students to the number of our nursing graduates treating people in hospitals, from the effect of student volunteers helping older people in the community to the life-changing impact of our research.
