The philanthropic support of businesses and organisations is hugely appreciated by DMU, helping us fund research, facilities and scholarships in a way that can provide tax efficiencies for your business. As a company, supporting DMU offers a chance to support and collaborate with a University at the forefront of promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals –we are the only ADG Hub in the UK, and the Worldwide hub for SDG 16 ‘Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions’. Providing philanthropic support also offers the benefit of securing a prominent role when looking to attract DMUs talented and diverse graduates to the workforce.
Employers, as well as directly gifting support of funding and/or resources, can also help through facilitating payroll giving to allow employees to donate tax-free, and supporting matching gifts from members of staff who give to charity, boosting the impact of their initial donation. These links provide further information on how Payroll Giving and Match Giving can work for your company.
The Development & Alumni team are happy to discuss a bespoke package of how your business and employees might be able to support DMU. Please contact:
