DMU @ Your Local Institution

DMU provides Higher Education to a large number of students who choose to study closer to home through one of our partner colleges or institutions.

Students can take all, or part of a DMU course at their local partner college or institution and once complete, they can 'top up' their qualification at DMU if appropriate.

Studying a DMU @ Your Local Institution course can prove to be a great opportunity. Being a member of both the partner college or institution and DMU means that you get the best of both worlds.

If you are currently a student enrolled on a course running at one of our partners you are also a full DMU student!!

If you are interested in studying at our partners there are plenty of courses available.

Local staff teaching a DMU course are also supported throughout the academic year in the form of staff development sessions and support resources.

Educational Partnerships

The Educational Partnerships Team within the Student and Academic Services Directorate and Department of Academic Quality is responsible for managing the operation and quality assurance of the DMU's collaborative provision.

We aim to ensure that the University's relationship with its collaborative partners is well managed and students have the best possible experience in their off-site studies.
