Personal profile

Ben is a Placement Tutor at the Faculty of Technology, providing support to undergraduate and postgraduate students undertaking work experience placements.

Before joining DMU in 2018, Ben was Programme Coordinator for Education at Climate-KIC, the EU's largest public-private initiative in the area of climate and low-carbon innovation.

He had also previously been an Associate Staff at Birmingham City University, as well as a Chemical Engineer at ExxonMobil.

Ben's research interests lie in the fields of sustainability and Higher Education learning, while his hobbies/personal interests are history and football management.
