Talitha is a Senior Lecturer in the Division of Education, and the Programme Leader for BA [Hons.] Education Studies, BA [Hons.] Education Studies with Psychology, BA [Hons.] Education Studies with Languages, BA [Hons.] Education Studies with Placement Year, BA [Hons.] Education Studies with Enterprise Year.

For the past three years, Talitha has been the Widening Participation Representative for the School; supporting, developing and delivering several Divisional/ School/Facultywide projects. She currently holds the position of Divisional Placement Coordinator, and has also held the roles of Head of Year One, and Divisional Employability Coordinator.

Talitha's research background is primarily in gender, sexuality and education. She is currently working towards completing her Phd, which is a critical exploration into how children negotiate gender and sexuality in primary school spaces.
