Personal profile

Jessica is a lecturer and researcher focusing on the provision of mental health services and the impact of organisational structures. Her work considers mental health training and education across a number of sectors, but particularly within criminal justice. Jessica also carries out work relating to professional identity, multi-agency working, and how to improve organisational structures. All of her work takes a socially just approach, arguing for equality of opportunity.
