Personal profile

Suha’s main teaching areas include Marketing, Strategic Emarketing and Marketing Research. Suha is also supervising a number of MSc dissertations and PhD students in the area of Digital Marketing. 

Research interests/expertise

Research interests focus on interrelated areas of marketing and the emergence of new technologies and its implications for marketing managers:

• Services marketing with particular focus on service quality, customer value, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and retention, customer expectations, customer engagement.

• Online and mobile marketing: creating, delivering and managing the online customer experience, online service quality and satisfaction, managing online relationships, developing effective social media strategies, location based advertising (LBA).

Marketing, Emarketing and Marketing Research.
