Personal profile

I joined De Montfort University as a lecturer in Accounting & finance in September 2020. My academic training is in the area of Accounting, Finance and Taxation. Before joining DMU, I served as a teaching assistant in Cardiff University where I have achieved my PhD degree. I have obtained both my master's degree (First Place in MSc Finance) and my bachelor's degree (BSc Accounting and Finance with First-class Honour) from Cardiff University.

I serve as a peer reviewer for a number of international recognised journals, such as "Accounting and Business Research", "British Accounting Review", "Abacus", "Advances in Taxation", and "Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal".
