Nicholas joined the Department of Strategic Management & Marketing as an early career fellow in November 2016. Prior to this, he was at Manchester Business School where he also received his PhD within the area of organizational studies. Nicholas’s research vision is to understand how organizational behaviours affect societal wellbeing and promote changes that will better serve everyone in society. His research is multidisciplinary and spans across the elements of economics, philosophy, political economy and sociology.
