Personal profile

Felix Arndt is the Faculty Head of Research Students in the Faculty of Business and Law. He is a member of the Center of Enterprise and Innovation. Felix's research takes place on the intersection between Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation. Currently, most of his work focuses on two larger areas:

i) Industry Evolution: He is interested how technology, digitalization, and organizational process change industries and how new industries emerge as a result.

ii) Challenged-based Entrepreneurship: How do entrepreneurs overcome challenges. Felix is particularly interested in socio-economic contexts (Africa) and personal characteristics (disability)
