I have been a professional dancer for 10 years and recently qualified as a personal trainer. Utilizing my passion for people, movement and fitness I now help people like yourself change their bodies and mindsets.
Since a young man, I have always been involved in fitness activities, from cross-country running, boxing and dancing.
With a very healthy approach to competition and motivating others around me to push themselves further and believe in better.
I also currently run two Men’s mental health groups via social media. Creating a place for open conversation and mind motivation.
Please women don't be deterred as everyone is valued and encouraged to get involved.
